Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

You can make changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to modify your order as it moves into processing. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase and wish to return it, you may do so after the initial 14 days and within a 60-day period. For quicker resolution, please provide your order number or the details used to place the order.

Damaged Items

 We take great care to ensure products are well-packed. However, if your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours by emailing Support@Casfoo.com with a photo of the damage. We'll assess and determine if you qualify for a replacement at no extra cost. Note that we do not cover damages from regular use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors. If there are issues with delivery, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

 Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address at checkout. If incorrect and not reported within 24 hours, you may not be eligible for a resend or refund.
